- Certification of compliance with FDA standards for food use and direct food contact as applicable, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) & USDA/FDA’s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principle
- Review and signoff on Social Compliance Requirements
- Current Certificate of Liability Insurance form
- Current copies of Third Party Audit Reports
- Confirmation of registration with the FDA under the Bioterrorism Act of 2002 and in good standing with the FDA regarding the biennial registration of food facility requirements.

- Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC)Permit/ICC certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
- National Motor Freight Traffic Association Inc. (NMFTA) Certificate of Standard Alpha Code (SCAC) Renewal
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Review and signoff on Social Compliance Requirements
- Form W-9/Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
- Hazardous Material Certification of Registration
- Any other pertinent certification or documentation you have as a logistics or distribution partner (i.e. United States Environmental Protection Agency Smartway Transport Partner certification, C-TPAT certification, or any other State licenses)
