Social Compliance Requirements Form

• We expect the following from our suppliers:
o Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of operation.
o Provide employees with a safe and sanitary workplace that includes appropriate controls and protective equipment.
o Adopt non-discrimination practices in regard to gender, race, age, national origin, disability, citizenship, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs.
o Limit work hours in accordance with local laws.
o Pay employees for work completed and comply with local laws on minimum wage and benefits.
o Renounce and abstain from forced labor.
o Renounce and abstain from human trafficking and slavery.
o Provide a workplace free from harassment.
o Employ individuals above the age of 14 (or at or above the minimum legal working age if greater).
o Respect employees’ right to freedom of association, consistent with local laws.
o Refrain from paying or accept bribes or kickbacks.
o Minimize operational impact to air, water, soil, and surrounding areas.
o Obtain all required environmental permits and provide required environmental reports.
o We expect our suppliers to have the same requirements for their sources of supply. We require our suppliers to certify that they are complying with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the country of source, for all materials incorporated into the product.
o We are willing to take corrective action, including termination, against suppliers who do not meet these requirements.
