To our valued current suppliers as well as prospective partners, please note the following documentation is necessary to do business with American Licorice Company:

1. Current Commodity Guarantee form
2. All Specifications/Product Data Sheets, Ingredient List, Nutritional Information, and country of origin for all items supplied to American Licorice Company
3. Certification of compliance with FDA standards for food use and direct food contact as applicable, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) & USDA/FDA’s Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles
4. Review and signoff on Social Compliance Requirements
5. Current Certificate of Liability Insurance form

If you are a current partner, you will receive an email from Megan Blodgett with a request for updated copies of the aforementioned documentation for our records. If any questions arise, please either contact Megan Blodgett directly or your Supply Chain Procurement contact.
