The Pole, Pedal, Paddle is a relay race held in beautiful Bend, Oregon in May. Individuals, pairs, or teams must complete each of the six legs of the race, including downhill skiing down Mt. Bachelor, cross country skiing on the Mt. Bachelor Nordic trails, biking down Century Drive, running down Century Drive and down to the Deschutes River, kayaking or canoeing in the Deschutes River, and finishing up with a sprint to the finish line. The proceeds from the Pole, Pedal Paddle support the programs of the Mt. Bachelor Sports Education foundation. Brad R. in our Bend office organizes teams of employees and family members to participate in the Pole, Pedal, Paddle. We call our teams the Red Vines® team and the Sour Punch® team!

Here our some pictures from this year’s event, held on May 21st of 2011.
